    No, I don’t think you’re missing anything. One could easily imagine a clue for KEITH, something like “Some Like It Hot man”, and that, if honed a bit, would in my opinion be a rather good clue. Just as 4A is. Keith is suggested by SLIH. It doesn’t seem incomplete to me.
