Yes Geoff you’re right, sorry, I should have been more careful. So Cinephile escapes the worst, but it was still pretty weak to say ‘much of’ when he meant ‘half of’.

21a The clue didn’t say ‘most’ of Norfolk port but ‘much’ of it. Now whether one defines ‘half’ as ‘much’ is another question.

Only just done this.

I’m not sure about 21ac. Your explanation can’t be right because Yarm isn’t most of Yarmouth, being only half of it. It looks to me as if he’s trying to have ‘b od(Yarmou{th})r’ but getting mixed up and also intending the surrounding part to be ‘odour’.

17dn seems fine to me since the first ‘it’ refers to ‘car’.
