13ac made me laugh and was my favorite clue in the puzzle.

On the other hand, there were three clues that I had a quibble with, on the grounds that they contained words that were unnecessary to, or did not quite fit with, the clue’s cryptic reading:
10ac: “who might”
19ac “Does” at the beginning of the clue, before the definition
27ac This is a slightly different issue, but I think the fodder for a hidden clue shouldn’t include a word that does not contain any part of the answer (here, “research”)

In 10ac, apparently “about” is being relied on both to indicate that “mutter” is being anagrammed and that the anagram surrounds P (for parking).

In 19ac, it’s unclear whether “out” or “perhaps” is the anagram indicator for ARRY. Whichever it is, the other is unnecessary.
