What a pleasant surprise awaited me when I downloaded this FT puzzle in London and found the clues so clear and legible. A big “Thank you” to whoever is responsible (which must include the FT Crossword Editor and our Mr Squires) As usual, Dante continues to amuse and entertain us with his clever word-play especially his cryptic definitions; whilst they may not be that very challenging, they, nevertheless make us pause and have a chuckle
