David, yes I should have explained that in hindsight, but as I immediately thought of an auto-pilot, and Chambers does list it under 'George', never thought to.

BTW, I think I have found and fixed the cut off word problem now; it was a fixed width element in the table tag that stops the table contents from wrapping if required.

Nick, worked it out. With most blogs, if you zoom text size [in Firefox] the text auto-wraps. With the more subtle formatting you use the wrapping fails. It is all visible at 100% zoom.

Anyone else experiencing this should press + (and squint a bit) ;)

Ref: 8ac, I see now, sort of.

I have adjusted the table again, but I really do not know what the issue is here with cut off words, as I can see all the blog perfectly, so it is difficult to fix something broken that isn't!

It would be interesting to list what browsers have this issue - I am using Firefox on GNU/Linux, and the blog is OK on three different machines with different versions of GNU/Linux and Firefox.

Excellent layout! I wish others would copy it.

In 8ac., the phrase "is a rat" defines scabs as a verb (3rd person singular).

At 23ac., the only explanation seems to be that Azed misread agami for agamid.

Thanks sidey, I have corrected 3dn :). I did try the verb of 'scabs', but surely you would still use 'rats'?

I have had the problem with the comments being cut off before (as some people report), but all always looks fine here - anyway, I have made an adjustment to the blog table, so please let me know if all is visible now please.

I do like the way you blog these, saves finding the puzzle ;)

Scabs is the verb form.

The palm is ATTAP.

Don't know the trumpeter thing, sorry.

And it may be my browser but the ends of your comments are missing.
