Probably, UY, you&#039;re a lot more experienced than I am, but it took me a while to get going, the SE finally being the hardest bit.

Looking back at the crossword, indeed not that hard.
But - as I said on earlier occasions - Crux does his job very well.
The anagram of 1ac (ATMOSPHERIC) is great, and particularly well embedded in the surface of the clue.
Although I don&#039;t like soldiers guns and arms, I thought 24ac (GUARDSMEN) was a fantastic clue.
Just like the LEGHORN of 19ac - full of imagery.

Not so keen on the cd&#039;s [Here They Come Again] of 29ac and 25d (is it cryptic anyway?).
