Bryan, Much as I like crosswords, I would hate to give up movies for them. Here in the US I enjoy lots of films between puzzles, mostly thanks to Netflix.

As a kid, I used to go to the Gaumont Cinema in Oldham to follow the Saturday morning serial ‘Flash Gordon’s Trip to Mars’ – so it was nice to meet up again with Ming.

Ah those were the days when, I recall, there were 10 cinemas in Oldham but – I understand – these have all disappeared.

Consequently, I now do Crosswords.
