Yes, so have I. It appears that there was a massive DDoS attack on multiple servers which caused network problems. This started at about 1625 and the disruption continued for around an hour.

I doubt that this is a regular occurence otherwise Big Dave wouldn’t have recommended the new hosting company to me (his Telegraph blogging site is hosted by them).

On the old one I developed the habit of capturing my update with CTRL+C because I often had to re-submit.
