I’m stuck on this with little time left before going to Cheltenham. I’ve solved all but three of the normal clues but have no idea about the theme. I now have an answer, so a report will be appearing.
I solved about a half of this in two or three sessions and doubt whether I’ll find time to return to it and even if I do I’m not sure I’ll finish it – whereas I finished The Listener relatively easily. I’m not the world’s best solver of very hard puzzles – but take a modicum of consolation, Peter
Sorry for posting this here but there isn’t anywhere else for me to post. Didn’t anyone do last Saturday’s prize crossword? It had a music theme.
I don’t normally get the Indy but picked up a free one in a hotel but, just my luck, it seems to be the only one that doesn’t get blogged!
