    Thanks John, I have the afternoon off, so unless the trains let me down, I should be able to make it to the York Tap for the start.

    Thanks John. Charles and I plan to check in to the Racecourse this afternoon and then get a taxi to the Tap. If anyone wants to share the taxi just let us know. See you later.

    Jenny, I will be interested, assuming you are aiming for the start at 6 p.m. I expect to get to the Racecourse centre by 1615 unless there are problems with the trains.

    If anyone is able to get to the Tap a bit earlier (5ish?), I could use some help commandeering an area (they won’t reserve us one!).

    Hi Both. We are also aiming to arrive around 4-15 so we should be able to get to the Tap by 5.
