Great puzzle from Falcon this morning. Lots to enjoy!
BOUILLABAISSE was a fantastic anagram. We particularly enjoyed the clues for WATERSHIP DOWN, ONE FINE DAY, WALL STREET, LUGGAGE and SAFARI PARK.
OROTUND was a new word for us, as was the French composer in DELIBERATE, but overall a very doable Monday morning puzzle.

I enjoyed it a lot, too (thought 7dn ELEMENT was a little weak). Thanks Falcon & Teacow.
Thanks Falcon and Teacow
A bit more meat in this one than is normal for a Monday morning Falcon, but very enjoyable for that. Got off to a great start by immediately being able to write in BOUILLABAISSE but the rest only fell one clue more slowly than usual at a time.
Didn’t properly parse RELATE being fixated on the queen referring to the first RE (reversed).
Thought that WALL STREET was the best of some very nice clues.
Finished in the NE corner with NEW DEAL and TURMERIC (in which I wasn’t expecting the first R). Now back to that even harder puzzle that is trying to pick the winner of this year’s Melbourne Cup !!!
Thanks to Falcon and Teacow. Very enjoyable. I did not know Lee Westwood (though LEEWAY the solution was clear), but my primary problem was the spelling of both TURMERIC and especially BOUILLABAISSE. Solving ONE FINE DAY started a melody running through my head.
A bit tricky for a Monday but completed it nonetheless. Had to google that obvious anagram to get 3d which l’ve never heard of. LOI PURSUED.
Many thanks both and a comfortable Monday. The fish soup anagram was superb, harder to spell than crack. Enjoyed the tennis clue too.
