The RNIB/BBC Children in Need 3D Calendar for 2024 has just been published.
It includes twelve new puzzles with a wide range of styles, themes and levels of difficulty, and would make a fantastic Christmas present: decorative, challenging and really good fun.
All proceeds go to the charities named. Why not buy multiple copies and give to your aspiring solver friends?

These crosswords are so enjoyable and the 3D community is a very welcoming and inclusive one. I have just ordered my virtual calendar and can’t wait to get started on the 2024 offerings. I see John H@1 has contributed as Enigmatist, and February is a puzzle from Arachne. All very exciting!
I wholeheartedly agree with Julie above on how enjoyable these puzzles are. I used to buy them at the cruiverbal get-togethers, because it seemed like a good cause, but they looked a bit strange and complicated, and they just gathered dust at the bottom of my ‘to-do’ pile.
Then, during one of the Covid lockdowns, I dug one out and decided to give it a go – and it added a whole new dimension to my crossword solving! I was hooked, have moved on to the virtual versions as well, and have to ration myself to one a month…
Give them a try – you will be helping a good cause, and expanding your mind at the same time!
