The 3D Cryptics Calendar is now on sale

The 3D Cryptics Calendar is now on sale.

It features new and inventive puzzles by (among others) Enigmatist, Paul, Shark and Vlad, supplying the witty and devious clues you would expect, alongside often innovative grids from ten different designers.

All these amazing creators have given their time and ingenuity freely for your enjoyment.

The Calendar makes a superb Christmas present, giving pleasure over twelve months, and is incredibly good value with prices unchanged from last year.

Buy the Calendar and you can enter monthly competitions with prizes, and gain access to the annual World Championship. You will also receive at least two Extras, sent out electronically.

All proceeds go to BBC Children in Need and the Royal National Institute of Blind People.

Please help us raise even more than the brilliant £3000 we sent last year.

  1. I’ll probably buy one for the sake of the charities but I am extremely scared of them. 😱

The puzzles, not the charities. 🤓

  2. Oh, go on, #2 kenmac, you don’t fool me. I suspect an average solve time of 14 minutes. I’ve got a room full of them and even the cats aren’t scared.

  3. I have bought it but am resisting the temptation to print off and get started – I am making myself wait until 1 January 2025. Extreme willpower required as I can’t wait for the fun to begin!
They are well worth the mental effort, kenmac@2, though I still approach each one with some of the original trepidation I felt when I first started.
Such a great initiative for charity and I deeply admire Sirius and the whole team for the superb calendars produced year after year and for the engaging newsletters! They have created a great community of 3D solvers.

  4. Are there mistakes with the numbering at the start of the July 2025 crossword? Probably misunderstood the instructions but has anyone completed it successfully?
