I heard a short while ago that the scheduled blogger had gone away for the weekend before realising that he hadn’t yet blogged this puzzle so I am stepping into the breach. I haven’t much time to spare so here is an analysis of the clues with no commentary. I’m sure my preamble would have been very similar to the one I wrote a fortnight ago for #3,648.

Thank you Everyman and Gaufrid.
The puzzle was enjoyable, as always. PRINTOUT was my last in, and one of my favourites along with WATT, EDIT, PARAGON, ARBITER, MOORHEN, TROUGH and HINDRANCE.
A little trickier than usual I thought. Most went in the usual alacrity for Everyman, but I came to a grinding halt at the end on 3/5/14.
Very enjoyable, with too many good clues to pick just a few favourites.
Thanks, Everyman and Gaufrid.
Thanks Everyma and Gaufrid, I particularly enjoyed CONGREGATION for both surface and wordplay. VETO was my last in but, looking back, I have no idea why it held me up so long.
Hmmm, Lawful and Fraternity were stumbling blocks for me for a while.
Not sure about breath = suggestion, but everything else was fine and another enjoyable romp.
Thanks Gaufrid and Everyman
Found this one tricky and gave up with several left unsolved. Unlike Rats I don’t want to spend all week on it. Like Barrie I didn’t get Lawful or Fraternity either.
I enjoyed this one with no obscure GK required. Like Barrie @5 I can’t think of how breath is used to mean suggestion.
Well I started this on Thursday evening, spent some time on Friday and Saturday but then gave up this morning. Didn’t get lawful or fraternity which I see Barrie and Audrey struggled with as well. Congregation was a good clue. Overall a tough outing.
I missed 17D printout completely wasnt even near to getting that.
Others were ok with some tricky ones which added to the enjoyment I must try and commit to memry some other abbrevs like RY for railway..that got me.
