Vigo can always be relied upon to give us a well-constructed and enjoyable puzzle in the Monday slot, and this was exactly that.
My only comment is that it was a little bit charade-heavy. I realise that by its nature, this is a go-to construction, but 20 of the 30 clues today were of this type. Perhaps if you just solved it rather than had to analyse it for blogging purposes, you wouldn’t have noticed.

Many thanks to Vigo for the start to our Indy crossword week.
A shame that skill = art appeared twice but other than that this was great fun to start the week and a pangram to boot.
27d was my last one in and favourite with its cleverly disguised definition.
Many thanks to Vigo and to Pierre.
A pangram.
Favourite was SOUVENIR as I was not expecting the anagram for quite some time.
Thanks to Vigo and Pierre.
Thanks Pierre, two blogs in one morning you are spoiling me! V x
Always enjoy a puzzle from Vigo and this pangram was no exception.
I did so want 26a to have an extra letter and finish up as MEATBALL – maybe one for another day?
20d was my favourite, even if it is a chestnut, and last to fall was TROPIC.
Many thanks to Vigo and to Pierre for the review.
A nice gentle start to the week and no real favourites as it was all good.
Thanks, Vigo and Pierre.

I think 1d is probably a triple def
… I don’t.
I’ll explain why I think it probably is.
“Dish” is listed in Collins as a noun meaning “gossip, esp. when disparaging or malicious” (US slang)
The clue would therefore be a DD without “distribute”.
Vigo may of course have intended the verbal meaning of “dish”, but on balance I think a triple def is more likely.
