    If you try the link to my puzzle, you will probably find it gives an incomplete image. You will need to download it then access it using Open Office or, with luck, MSWord.
    We really enjoyed Saturday at York. Many thanks to John and Jane.

    Does anyone know who set the “famous Yorkshire people” square?
    I just tried it and I’m still puzzled.

    Addendum to Me@2: there is a typo in the preamble to my puzzle. 1A & 1D should read 2A & 2D. Apologies.
