2. Dan (Brockwell) posted on BlueSky to say he thought Alan C. was looking to publish the jumbo puzzle online. If this is the case, perhaps the blog should coincide with the online puzzle.

6. G @1 – a photo of the Quick Cryptic would do – I can create a blog from that, but I am not sure how I can get my hands on the crossword now. (I am an electronic subscriber to the Guardian, not on paper and if it’s only in the paper, I don’t see it.)

11. Eileen @10 – I didn’t find it, I was sent a photo of the Quick Cryptic and produced the blog from the photo. There is a version of the Quick Cryptic here.

12. Thanks, Shanne. It’s the Jumbo I m looking /waiting for. I’ve a blog (almost!) ready for the appropriate time.

13. And to be honest, adding it without the Guardian online links is adding to confusion. The specials have been published here in the past.

14. Still no sign of an online version of the Jumbo.

    The plan was for the blog to come out at the same time but I haven’t been able to contact KenMac or anyone else for advice, because, as I said yesterday, I was suddenly and inexplicably blocked from sending any emails at lunchtime yesterday (Tuesday) – although I can still receive them. (My family IT mentors are away up north for a couple of days at a wedding!)

    I think that, if I hear nothing from anyone, I’ll post the blog on Saturday (as for the Prize), to coincide with the publication of the solution in the paper, hoping that some folk who buy the paper will have done the puzzle – although, of course, not all of them will know to come here for a blog.
