I have no idea how this started and I have tried all the troubleshooting tips I’ve found on-line.
I will persevere and I’m determined to find the root cause but as I’m away from home at the moment it might have to wait till i get home.

It took me three goes to access this thread because of the problem mentioned. Hopefully you’ll get to the bottom of it when you’ve got the time to do so (and not before).
Yes it’s a wee bit sticky. Also once you’re in, if you search, you can get thrown out before the search is returned.
I’ll just mention this, it may be relevant, possibly not.
It is nigh on impossible to access the site from my bookmarks. Usually I just click on the bookmark and away I go. Now, it just won’t work.
If I google fifteensquared and find the link from there, it works better, not always, but sometimes.
No doubt kenmac is aware, but a quick consultation on Google Gemini gives a list of possible causes for this, together with suggested solutions. It says it’s a common issue especially with platforms like WordPress.
I don’t know if this is useful info, but with me it happens on my iPhone, but is fine on the PC.

I wonder why that should be. I’ve been accessing the site on-and-off all day on my iPhone both as admin and as Joe Public. And I haven’t had a single error.
Maybe it’s a cookie problem or perhaps restarting iPhone might help.

I’m using a MacBook Pro and have the same issue.
It looks to me like it might be an issue for the host to resolve with their servers?

Is it possible that the site has become so popular that occasionally you hit the maximum allowable concurrent database connections for your host? Does it happen at any particular time of day, and have you got any caching enabled?
I’ve had these access problems from iPad, and today got a different error message. The gist was that the fifteensquared website was deemed to pose me a security risk. I gather from other posts that fixes are ongoing, so good luck with that.
I use a MacBook Air and yesterday/Friday I had the same messages as Alison@12.
This morning/Saturday, it has also been hard to access the site.
