The Independent crossword does not appear to want to come out to play this morning – all I get is an error message. I will keep trying, and if that fails I will go and buy a copy of the paper; but it’s a twelve mile round trip to the nearest village shop, which doesn’t open till 9:00, and I have to go out shortly after that. So if a blog doesn’t appear till this afternoon, please bear with me.
The crossword has now appeared on Crossword Solver. I haven’t tried the Indy site again but presumably it’s now on there as well.
Now at Indy web site too, seems to be identical to dead tree version.

Sorry you are having difficulties! We have managed to download a version on Crossword Solver but we can’t work out the parsing for 21d. It’s late in the evening where we are so hopefully when we check tomorrow morning someone will be able to help us out!
