Independent 7021/Phi

Pleasant fare from Phi, with one clue that defeats me but which will I’m sure be quickly explained. I wonder if the clueing style used in 10ac and 13ac is consciously Azedian.

  1. Harder than usual from Phi esp top half of grid – I read 14 as Eileen did but it’s a little unusual and I can’t remember meeting it before but Collins justifies it – to force out (e.g. juice from an orange).
