After last week’s tour de force by Gaff, back to normal. Normal? I thought this puzzle was clearly at “the easier end of Dante’s spectrum”, that is, if there is such a thing. Others may disagree but I breezed through this at a, for me, unusually high speed.

An excellent puzzle, really good fun to solve.  I found this a good level of difficulty too, it was a satisfying solve without becoming a “struggle to the death” like the Wednesday slot can sometimes be.  Thanks Chalmie!
