An unusual occurence for me to blog on a Tuesday. Thanks to Hamilton for a fun puzzle that had me galloping for 90% of the solve time and coming unstuck for the remainder. 🙂
I found this extremely difficult. The clues are all quite understandable once you know the answer, but to get there is often very hard, so far as I can see, there being so many options for the wordplay and the definition.

I found this different to the usual IoS style, harder and less straightforward. Â Not a puzzle designed “to let everyone have a go” which I would say is the more normal Sunday theme.
