Apologies for the lateness and brevity. Busy day.
A fairly stiff challenge today I thought, with the NW corner proving a tough nut to crack. Excellent clueing as always from Phi.

Couldn’t spot Nina, but, just for a change, her Dad‘s there…
…Re:15ac, Ali.
I think it’s OF + FLITS including I’M (Def:Not Allowed)
I’M in OF FLITS, I think. Excellent puzzle, really liked POOH-POOHS.
Excellent puzzle, which was doable in a reasonable amount of time without being a complete pushover. Having read the Wikipedia entry on Ockham, I was none the wiser as to why an Ockhamist should be an opponent of multiplication. But it seems to ba reference to Occam’s Razor, which is the principle that “entities should not be multiplied unnecessarily”.
Good spot with the Nina, Ian – it took me a while to see that even after reading your post.
I wondered whether WILLY might be a kind of pottery (19ac, when it was _ _L_ _). It was a relief to see DELFT really.
