Hello all,
After nearly 12 years and 940 blogs written I have decided to call it a day. I have enjoyed helping out 225 along the years and hope it carries on for many years to come.
For the users – thanks for all those comments and interesting discussions!
For the bloggers – even though I’m not writing any more blogs I will be leaving the Crossword Blogging Utilities up and running, so feel free to email me if you need any help.
That’s an impressive figure, PeeDee and I congratulate you on a stellar job!
I’ve only been solving (and so reading your blog) for a couple of years but in that time, your blogs have been an enormous help to me, especially when I was starting out.
You’re unfailingly patient, gracious and tactful when things get terse here (!) but above all, your style is always thorough yet cheerful and positive and for this reason, Wednesdays won’t be the same without you.
I wish you all the best and hope you enjoy your newfound leisure time (growing roses, sky?diving or ballroom dancing?!)

Best wishes for the future PeeDee. You’ve done a fantastic job as a blogger and have been so helpful to many of us over the years. I’m particularly impressed that you’ve done this voluntarily year in year out and along with the other bloggers you’re the reason Fifteensquared keeps going.
Plenty of zeroes on that golden handshake cheque from Fifteensquared will be your earthly reward but it would be nice to think you’ll be more amply rewarded in a higher place, even that’s a vain hope!
