Thanks for posting this. What I notice in the Guardian puzzles is that many of the film, music, and TV personalities are from a long time ago – the 1930s, 1940s, 1950s, 1960s which is 60-90 years ago.
I only have The Guardian Crossword to base this on but 1.7% for royalty and nobility looks a bit low to me. Princess Di alone must have come close. Or does each person cited only count once?
